Aremon plant construction and renovation project is located in Dingmao Economic Development Zone, Zhenjiang City, with a total construction area of 6,028.32 square meters. In the early stage of plant design and material construction, energy-saving and environmental protection products are preferred. Wiskind played an important role in the construction of the project, providing metal enclosure system solutions that not only helped the owner meet the stringent requirements of LEED certification, but also achieved FM certification for the roofing system, both in terms of overall performance and aesthetics.

In order to withstand the 3S wind gust speed of 40 m/s in Zhenjiang area, the project roof selected SR6® upright lock joint roof system developed by wiskind innovation.

The roof system has obtained the US FM certification test and the Chinese standard static and dynamic wind exposure test, in this project, the side and corner purlins are encrypted, combined with high-performance sliding supports and 540° lock joints to achieve strong wind resistance and waterproof performance, up to a waterproof level, can help the building safety against extreme weather.

The SR6® vertical lock joint roofing system uses modular pre-punching technology to ensure fast and efficient construction, in line with the prefabricated construction concept, and reduces material waste. The application of a highly reflective coating achieves a better SRI value (solar reflectance index), achieves the effect of cold roofing, reduces energy consumption, fits in with the goals of green building and sustainable development.

In addition, the exterior walls of the project use a wiskind veneer wall system, a large area of white with Aremon corporate blue, adding vitality and brand identity to the building.
